Nigeria Responds to First Coronavirus Case in Sub-Saharan Africa

The illness was diagnosed in an Italian who landed in Lagos, the country’s largest city and one of the continent’s biggest metropolises. Nigeria acted quickly, but there are fears that the virus could sweep the region.
