Jefferson Davis descendent: State flag should represent population

Bertram Hayes-Davis, a descendent of Confederate President Jefferson Davis and resident of Mississippi, reacts as Mississippi lawmakers come closer to a historic vote on changing the state flag, the last in the US to include the Confederate emblem.
