Does your next-door neighbor affect your politics?

A new study suggests that White Americans who lived near a Black neighbor in 1940 are more likely to be a registered Democrat, based on the responses of those still alive today. CNN's Michael Smerconish speaks to one of the study's authors about this possible correlation.
