Mariupol Residents Describe How Russian Forces Deprived Them of Food and Water

Residents of Mariupol, Ukraine described how Russian forces use hunger as a weapon of war in a monthlong siege of the southern port. “No roof, no food and no water,” survivors texted relatives who escaped.
