Ex-Officer Will Stand Trial in Fatal Shooting of Black Man in Michigan

A judge said there was probable cause for Christopher Schurr to be tried for second-degree murder in the killing of Patrick Lyoya, an unarmed Black man, during a traffic stop in April.
